Incredible $30 Map-Making Humble Bundle Represents a Virtual Tabletop Game Master's Fantasy

After a short availability back in April, this cartography software collection is back with an encore available until Dec. 2. Described as an extensive collection of mapping tools developed by a specialized software company over the years, the complete package carries a value of more than thirteen hundred dollars. Additionally, there exist three different bundles available here.

Primary Feature

The standout feature is definitely a lifetime license for Campaign Cartographer 3+, an industry-standard mapping application which enables users to generate various types including fantasy overworld maps, smaller regional maps, city maps, and, perhaps most importantly, dungeon and tabletop battle maps.

Entry Level

The most affordable option, at a minimum cost of $1, features merely four of the 39 total items: Fantasy Overland Symbol Collection, Monster Token Pack 1, Source Maps: Castles!, Urban Source Maps. This one's only for cartographers who already have CC3+, but it does offer fresh fantasy design elements for overworld maps, over seven hundred fifty creature tokens compatible with online gaming platforms, over twenty-five aerial castle designs with 470 associated map tokens, eight fully mapped cities, and more than 70 urban floorplans.

Mid-Range Option

The eight-item bundle for at least $15 offers enhanced value through inclusion of permanent CC3+ access, Cartographer's Annual Vol 1, Tome of Ultimate Mapping, Isometric Cities Symbol Pack. Cartographer's Annual is the annual collection from the company's long-running monthly subscription service featuring a variety CC3+ add-ons including map packs and additional utilities. Isometric Cities lets you present urban areas in 3D perspective using angled views from all sides. And the Tome of Ultimate Mapping is a 760-page for beginners and "power users" alike, packed with guidance and instructions covering cartography techniques.

Every volume from the Annual series come with this bundle, alongside a slew of additional tools and content enabling creators to craft complete solar systems, or just go all-in on traditional fantasy world-building: battle maps, underground complexes, cities, and continents from almost any perspective. Users can also create character illustrations. At thirty versus fifteen dollars, the full bundle is so worth it, particularly for mappers with temporary CC3+ access and want to upgrade to lifetime. However, it's clearly more advantageous for map-making newbies considering you even get introductory guides to help you get started. The one caveat here is that while you can redeem the deal across platforms, the software is only usable on Windows.

As with other Humble Bundles, part of every purchase goes to benefit a nonprofit. In this instance, that's Save the Children, an organization founded by Eglantyne Jebb in 1919 focused on improving the lives of children worldwide via educational programs, medical services, and crisis response.
